Returns and Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

All items purchased from Sage the World are carefully packed with love and care. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, regretfully from time to time your items may be damaged during transit. 

Please note once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. Please contact Australia Post directly. However, if you still require assistance please contact us via hello@sagetheworld.com.au.

Garment Returns Conditions

If you have chosen the wrong size apparel, you may return items purchased within 14 days for an exchange for a different size. The item(s) must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed and unused, with original tags attached. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned to you at an additional charge. 

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or refunds for caps/beanies.

We assess each enquiry on a case by case basis. We are confident that you will love our product, but if you receive a product you are not absolutely in love with, please let us know.

Please note shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at customer's own expense. We recommend using a registered service for returns.
